Hi Kerri,

Have you tried to make calls using the Apple Earpods and then ask the other
party if your calls are cutting out.

Subject: calls that cut out

Hi, all. I really don’t know if anyone can advise her but every time I call
someone on my iPhone 5S, people tell me I am breaking up. I’ve called my career
who sent me to Apple who ran a diagnostic test on the pone and sated all was
well. I have 3 of 5 signal strength bars, I have turned the phone off and then
back on again several times, all to no avail. What else can be done? thanks.
