A bug in 8.0 is back in 8.2, Can anyone verify?this bug was never fixed from my
experience, but seems to work differently on different iPhones.
on my 4S, it is worst, any apps in that roe won't move at all, and neither will
some folders, until they are pushed in to another roe by moving stuff from
other roes in to that one.
on my 5S, folders in that offending roe will move fine, but most apps won't,
again, until they are pushed in to another roe.
on my 6, the bug isn't there, and any apps or folders in that roe can be moved
as normal.

  Hello folks,

There was a bug in iOS 8.0 which prevented the voiceover users from moving
apps or folders from the raw right below the docks. This bug was fixed in 8.1.
Now it is back in 8.2. I am using iPhone 4S 64 GB. I am not sure if this bug
is only on the 4S or on all devices. Can anyone verify?

  Regards,

  Cris
