I hope they really are investigating, and that they will do whatever it takes to restore the great accessibility of their former app. A couple of weeks before the December holidays, they completely re-designed their amazon.com/access web site, they broke it, many people called to complain and express their concern. Thgese people were told the same thing you were, but the /access page is still more difficult to use than their regular online page, and I can't figure out how to send items to addresses that are different from mine on either web site! It's fine to tell us that they are investigating, or that they're "working on it," but it is action that will convince us they really care. Penny
