Try downloading a free app on your device.
It has been a long time since I did this, but when I chose to create an Apple
ID that way, a payment method of "none" was an option.

I thought they now allowed that when creating an ID from the web site, but like
I say, it has been a long time.

If all else fails, try calling Apple Accessibility.

Good luck,
Richard

Hi Raul

I did the same thing and you are right I set my appleid via the apple web
site without any question to register or pay. But when adding the appleid to
the ipad, I remain getting this question that the appleid has not yet been
used for the itunes store.
Regards
Davy

Hi there. I am wondering if you set it up incorrectly. I am doing the exact
same thing that you are and when I created the additional ID from the Apple
website I did not have to put in a payment information or any sort of credit
card. this way especially if their family card account. Later on I added
the work as a family share member so that I can use the apps that I have
already purchased over the years.
