The same thing happened to me. In order to download I had to do a combination
flick and slide motion which eventually brought up what I would have been used
to seeing if things would have been normal. This isn't intuitive, because a
person would've had to think to try this in order to get the update process
started, which shouldn't have been necessary when it wasn't before.

I updated my iPhone 6 to IOS 8.3 with no issues. I was surprised that they

Hi Jed,
I had the same issue as you. When doing previous updates I've been able to
flick over to the Download button and double-tap it, but I got the bong just
as you did. I exited the screen, came back in and found the download
button, which VoiceOver said was dimmed, but I persevered and was able to
start the update, sort of by gosh and by golly, and eventually get it done.
I think Apple Accessibility definitely needs to look into this, so I'm going
to cc them on this message so they know it's not just me that's run into
this issue.

Tom

Subject: a very strange download problem when updating the new IOS 8.3

Hey guys,

OK, i don't know whether i should be concerned or what, but i have never
seen this before. I went to settings, and general, and software update
to go get the new 8.3.
When i clicked software update, i flicked right, it said software update
heading, then i flicked once more, and all i heard was a click sound,
then if i flicked again i heard the bong which means you're at the end
of where you can go. I'd enver had this happen before. In order to get
to the download of the IOS, i had to go all over the screen to find the
button to click on. This is a concern, as this has never happened
before. Any ideas, could something be wrong?
