You probably would want to replace them. It's just that this doesn't happen 
automatically. Occasionally only part of an album gets matched. In that case, I 
usually don't download the matched tracks, as listening can then be jarring as 
the quality bounces between the high-quality matches and the originals. And in 
one case, the match was incorrect; the song iTunes downloaded to replace my 
track was a completely different song. This has only happened once among the 
hundreds or more tracks I've matched, but it did make me leery of having my 
whole collection replaced automatically.
