Best recommendation make the call then go find another company that gives a
damn about there customers access to software. Amazon certainly does not.

and try to get them to help you resolve this.  Maybe if they hear from
enough of us they will get the hint.  This smells like a law suit waiting to

I love the cloud player app, but I can't for the life of me figure out how
to import music to the player on the pc side.  If I click import music from
the main player page, nothing happens.  If I could figure out how to import
music, I might go ahead and upgrade to the premium service which allows one
to import up to 250 thousand songs.
