Hi David I'm just curious. What specifically do you do in the medical field? Is it coding and billing or medical transcription? A friend of mine was looking to enter the medical field. Specifically, he was looking for a program for coding and billing. He has an iPad, iPhone, Mac and a Windows machine but none of those were able to fully access the medical website that he had to use.

In the health professions, most companies use specialised windows software which, in my experience, is not at all accessible. So, I needed to create work-arounds with the clinic where I work. In my case, I prefer using Mac for the reasons I already stated. In fact, most of my work is now done using the iPhone and iPad with braille screen input.
