There are several Twitter apps that are popular and accessible. The native Twitter app works really well. I have used both TweetList 4 and Tweetings 2 for Twitter. I like Tweetings but it can be a memory hog and need rebooting of the phone. I do like its rodar options for retweeting, favoriting, and so forth. Though it hasn't been updated in nearly 2 years, I still use TweetList 4, since I like it's layout, I'm used to where things are and how to get to things, and it just works. Many people on this list use Twitterific, which is very accessible and gets frequent updates (like Twitter and Tweetings 2). I have tinkered with Twitterific before but never really stuck with it for whatever reason. Bottom line: there are dozens of Twitter apps out there; download, experiment with what works for you and enjoy. If you're looking for a tutorial/guide for using Twitter, check out Jonathan Mosen's book Tweeting Blind, which can be gotten from his site or from National Braille Press in multiple formats.
