  I have not done this for a while since I find using my finger easier.

  The keyboard shortcut is VO+Shift+m.

   

  I think either escape or doing that keystroke again when you get the app 
where you want it will release the app.  I’m not sure, so maybe a little trial 
and error and you will get it or someone can post better directions.

  I remember somebody telling me it is possible to move apps (icons) from one 
folder to another using a Bluetooth keyboard.  Can someone please remind me of
