I have seen a lot of responses stating that the KNFB Reader is working on the 5 and 5S but as I recall the original question was is it working on a 4S. I have a 4S and just went out to be sure I had the latest version of KNFB Reader and am running IOS 8.4. I just took a picture of a package and the label read very well. I think all the suggestions you have been getting are good and I don’t have any more but I wanted to be sure you knew that the software should be working. You might need to contact tech support.
