Is it possible that the difference has to do with the fact that one is using a 
paid account and everybody else is not even set up as an account user? And 
therefore the features are not designed to work particularly well for nonpaying 
users? Do you ever see that sort of thing happen with the developers were they 
just don't put the time into keeping things updated for voiceover menus for 
instants?
