When viewing a crash report I was not seeing Edit in the roter there.
However, thanks to the new Text Selection feature in iOS 9, I had no
trouble selecting all, copying, pasting into an email. So, I advise folks to go
to Voiceover Settings > Roter and add text selection. It's very handy!
