Hi Kim,

Software updates download automatically if your phone is plugged in and
connected to WiFi. You do, however, still have to tap on Install and agree to
Apple's licence terms and so on before the new update takes effect. Keep in
mind that shortly after the installation starts your iPhone will reboot and at
that point it will not speak anywhere from 10 minutes to half an hour. If it's
an iPhone 6S, 6S Plus, 6, 6 Plus or 5S it should be more like 10 or 15 minutes,
but it can be significantly longer on older devices.

Subject: What? IOS 9.02 already downloaded?

So I decided to take the plunge and upgrade and it says I've already downloaded
it. Can it do this automatically? And, why haven't I noticed any changes?
I'm confused (which doesn't take much, I admit).

Kim
