iOS 9 has been mostly positive for me. The one hting that I have experienced which is a major inconvenience and very frustrating for me is the focus bug where your focus jumps to the top of a list of items each time you go back. This has happened for me in Settings, the Contacts page of the Phone, DownCast, and in TweetList 4 and Tweetings 2 for Twitter. I love Twitter, but I am on strike until that focus bug is fixed. Otherwise, my focus goes to the top of the list of tweets, from no matter where I was in the list, each time I retweet, favorite, or reply to a tweet. I have also experienced a bug with sounds, where sounds from VoiceOver will not play after a certain period of time. This has happened on an iPhone 6 and 6S, and yes, I have not muted my phone. I have reported all of these to Apple Accessibility and truly hope that the focus bug is addressed very soon. With all that, I don't regret the update to 9. Whether or not to update depends on what you can put up with and what you use.
