Hi. I find that apple maps on my phone is more accurate than the Trekker Breeze plus and also it is faster reacting. With Blindsquare I get informed that the GPS accuracy is 5 meters whaere as the Trekker is stated to be 10 meters. The advantage with the Trekker is it will tell you if a junction is on your left or on your right, Blind Square doesn't do that. Any GPS app for your iPhone will use data from your plan. Many other GPS apps will not give you the detailed information your use to with Trekker such as type of street crossing such as G Street crossing H street 4 way crossing. The GPS reciver in iPhone is ok but no match for your Trekker. That all having been said, it never hurts to have a backup GPS incase you forget to take Trekker along and find yourself up the creek with out somebody else to paddle you out! <Grin> Alan Sent from my iPad Air > On Oct 23, 2015, at 10:27 AM, Lisa Belville <missktlab1...@frontier.com> > wrote: > > Hi, all. > > I usually use the Trekker Breeze as a GPS, but I'm interested in trying some > of the paid GPS apps like Blind Squared or the Seeing Eye GPS. > > How do these apps manage data?
