Hi, I have no problem finding the answer or end buttons. However, sometimes that message button appears and it throws me off and I have been known to send someone to voicemail without meaning to now and then. I prefer my Plantronics Edge for the ability to just say answer or ignore because it is very simple and straight-forward.
