do I have to do anything to my account to make it happen because a few days 
back when I played with that function it reported that it was not available in 
this area

No, it is available in all areas and it is only subject right now to the six 
and 6+ in 6S And 6+ S any phone below that it would not allow it to happen. 
With AT&T only so far. This is a very disappointment, for a 5S users. I've been 
contemplating on calling them in complaining.
