So, call A T & T Wireless, 800-331-0500, to make certain that the 6 Plus is now associated with your account. Finally, if you call A T & T Wireless and your account is reflecting the 6 Plus, and you still cannot activate WiFi calling, then you will need to visit your local A T & T Wireless store and swap out the old SIM for a newer one as the older SIM cards do not play nicely with WiFi calling.
