I see. This shouldn't apply to the iOS version of the app. That used to
redisable it about every 1-3 episodes.

Yes, that’s how it’s supposed to work, but since the new apple TV app didn’t
support it from the start, they’re offering that fix until they get the
issue resolved.

Hi all,
I’ve seemly stumbled on a temporary fix for apple TV 4th generation owners
who want audio description on Netflix. It requires that you call them and
explain the situation, and ask them to enable it for your account. I spent
about 5 minutes on the phone with them and have it running beautifully.
All it took on my end was a sign out and sign back in, and I was able to
select the audio description track like normal.
