The reason I like emailing them to myself through the app rather than using the website is that I don't have to fiddle with searching or anything like that. Downloading attachments through Gmail is very, very easy, and everything is in one place, in my email inbox, so I don't have to try and figure out what search result is what. Sometimes there's things that are named very similarly in Zedge, and if I email them to myself, I know exactly what I'm downloading without having to listen to it from the website to double-check check that I am indeed getting the exact same tone that I liked previously.
