In order to play Barronness, once you have a pair of cards that add up to 13, 
move focus to the first card you want to select and do a two-finger double tap. 
VO will say something like starting pair with whatever the card is. Now move 
focus to the second card to be selected and do another two-finger double tap. 
VO will say something like removing pair and the value of the cards. The cards 
will be gone and that's all you need to do.

If you have a stack with no cards you can move a card to that empty stack and 
reveal an underlying card thus making it playable.

I play this game all the time and would be glad to give you some more tips if 
necessary. I hope this helps.
