VoiceOver seems more responsive. So far, all is working well with one little exception. I do not care for the sound of Samantha, either default or enhanced on my 5s. She sounds more muffled than usual. Where as, the Siri Male US voice seems better and more responsive than it was before. I can confirm that we now can indeed leave reviews in the app store.
