As Joseph said, assigning different sounds to each mail account is in Settings > Notifications > Mail. Only comment I have is that I don't think I ever had to reboot my phone for the sounds to take effect, I choose whatever sound I want for my different mail accounts and that seems to be all. Whatever you choose here will take priority over what is selected in Settings > Sounds. I think the ability to assign different sounds to different accounts has been around at least since iOS 8, maybe already iOS 7, can't remember.

Is that in the Outlook app? I'm finding nothing about that in the native mail app. If it is there, please share how you did that?
