Hi Nicky, My books are arranged just like yours, with a folder whose name is numbers containing the book and a metadata file. I have never used folders in Voice dream Reader. I thought that maybe putting some of those book folders into a folder in iCloud Drive might put them in analogous folders in Voice Dream Reader, but I don't know whether this would work.
