Another thing you can't do if you use a Gmail account is decide how many messages get downloaded to your phone at a time. You can with an Exchange account, though. Actually, I was expecting the Exchange account I have to behave like my Gmail account--I didn't know you could pick how many messages got synced to your phone at the time--and when I saw messages there one day and gone a few days later, I sort of panicked. I thought my work had gone and deleted stuff I was counting on to be there. That's when I found out about the feature I referred to earlier. And also when I found out that you can't do that with a GMail account. Weird.
