The Leef Ibridge app for there flash drive does have a open in option. At this point in time, it’s not accessible with voiceover. Tech support tells me they hope to have it accessible within the next 30 days.

On one end of the drive is the lightning port and the other end is the USB port. The first time you put the drive into the iPhone, you'll get a box that invites you to install the software from the App store.
