I can't help with the keyboard recording, but there is a free app, MTSR, that is a multi-track recording studio. I believe another that costs some for all of its features is Ferrite. In the past, I would have recommended GigDaddy, but unfortunately, it does not work well with iOS 9 and the developer does not have time to bring it up to date. HTH,
