I strongly recommend that each of you contact customer support for InstaCart. Last summer, the app was completely inaccessible; I contacted them with some suggestions and their developer(s) were incredibly responsive.
Myself, I cannot use InstaCart because there isn’t any providers here in northern Wisconsin but I contacted them on behalf of a dear friend living in Austin and they were extremely responsive!
