Hi Jim, a couple of things in addition to Sieghard's explanation. Adding services with the PC Sonos controller is quite a bit easier I think. That's not to say that it's not doable with iOS, but you have to explore by touch rather than flick. Hartgen Consultancy has released some free scripts for the Windows Sonos controller, so if you're a JAWS and Windows user, it's worth grabbing them.
