To me, this sounds like it may be some kind of hardware issue with the
camera. Before reinstalling the IOS, try taking a video with your phone
that lasts longer than the camera usually runs. You will need sighted
assistance to watch the video to see if the camera goes weird in it, too.
But if it does, it definitely is a hardware issue.

Wondering if someone else can duplicate my issue as it is quite limiting.
I am using iOS 9.3.2 and experiencing an issue of the camera only working
for a few seconds after starting Looktel money reader. The best I can tell

until there is quite a considerable pile and then tries to identify it all

Has anyone encountered a problem where the currency is not identified after
a few seconds of use of the app? The only thing I can do to make it work
again is remove it from the app switcher.
I also encounter a similar problem with the KNFB Reader. After a few uses of
the camera, it seems to stop working. It will not take picture. Again, I
must remove it from the app switcher.
