For me, it doesn't happen anymore with this version than it did with previous 
versions of iOS 9. Others may have different experiences. It never ever happens 
when I'm in the email program reading and responding to mail. It only happens 
if I'm in another program, Safari, Facebook, or newsify. Then it happens a lot. 
But it has happened a lot for a long time, so no change there for me.
