Regarding the phone's battery, if you have jus the phone itself
without any extra battery cases, then the 6S Plus battery would last
longer. However, if you were to invest in a MofiJuice Pack (probably
misspelled but you know what I mean), or an Apple Smart Battery Case
for the 6S, then your battery life for the 6S will almost be that of
the 6S Plus. Once when I was not able to charge my 6S with the Smart
Battery case over night, the phone and extra case battery lasted me
about 30 hours before I got down to 30 percent or less. This of course
depends on what you do and what apps are open.
