Are you sure that all your other important details were input correctly? (Postcodes and such?)

Hello everybody,

Yesterday I asked how do you update my card info. I got great information, which I really appreciate. However, I keep running into a problem, and I don't know what to do about it. I am hoping someone can help me figure this out. When I use my iPhone, and I go into settings, and then into iTunes and App Store, and then view my ID, I enter my password. This goes fine. Good I am told that a verification code has been sent to my other device, which is of course my iPad mini. So I go to the iPad mini, and I see the code. It's a six digit code. I go back to the iPhone, and I enter in the code just as I read it on my iPad mini.

However, I have tried this three times now, and every time I try, I am told that the verification has failed. I know I am entering the correct numbers, as I see them. I even tried to enter them backward ones, just to see if that might make a difference. But of course, it did not.

I don't know what else to do. I need to update this information. I'm rather frustrated! I tried going to the App Store like someone else on the list suggested, but I couldn't figure out how to view the information that way. Plus, I figured that I would just run in to the same situation. Can anyone possibly help me? Or give me suggestions on how to get this taken care of? This is ridiculous! You shouldn't be so difficult, and I don't understand why it is for me.
