When I read Carol's recent post about Voiceover reading text that seemed to be
trapped in the buffer, it reminded me of a somewhat similar situation I was
having. After I apparently had used the wrong gesture to label a folder called
"Cooking", Voiceover would say "Cooking" every time I changed screens, moved to
the first app on a screen, moved from the main screen into the doc, etc. This
behavior had then replicated itself to my other devices.

Apple accessibility was not able to find a solution, so I heard a lot of
"Cooking".

I am very happy to say that when I updated to IOS 10, as with Carol, this
annoying behavior is gone.

So if anyone else is having some kind of strange buffering behavior, it may be
worth upgrading. It definitely was for me.

Pam
