Hi All,

This morning I was talking with a friend...for a couple of hours...and all of a sudden my phone died. I know that yesterday morning it was down to about 40% and I used it several times yesterday and my friend called this morning.

At least once in the past the SE has told me that I needed to recharge it and that was at 20%.

While we were talking, I didn't hear SE say to recharge, but I do remember a sort of different sound. We kept talking and before too long,

SE just up and quit.

I plugged it in and nothing happened. Siri would not answer me. I used the on/off button on the top right...and be ore long SE started making noises. Siri would still not speak to me. I tried using my thumb print ID to get started again, but no luck. It kept asking for my password.

How do I know when the phone needs to be recharged before it just quits?

Did that strange noise I heard mean 'recharge me'?

Since I use the phone only for making and answering calls, why do I need to enter a password that I have no idea how to enter?

Please help.

Many thanks,

Nancy
