I am guessing it might be similar to the one in the Contacts app as well. If you are viewing a contact card and do a two finger swipe up, normally focus should start at the top left on the Back button, but with me, it would start with the photo of the contact and then their name. I had to manually move my finger to the top left corner to focus on the Back button. I think this type of bug is found in many other apps, including the mail app too.
Hopefully they've fixed it in 10.1?
