Thank you, Esther, I have an Apple keyboard as well. It has a function key
to the left of the control key but I don't know what the commands are. How
did you learn? Did you have someone who read the functions for you from a
manual, or did you find a blog somewhere?I have some keyboard commands but
none that deal with the function key. Thanks for any feedback.

Hi, Monica,

Depending on which Bluetooth keyboard you are using, the function key to
hide or make the phone keyboard visible varies. On my Apple keyboard, the
key to hide and not hide the phone keyboard is the very last key at the top
right, in other words, to the right of the F12 key. Now I also have a ZAGG
KeysFlex keyboard and the key to do this function is the F3 key, I believe.
I use my Apple keyboard the most, so I press the key to the right of the F12
key. Hope this helps.

I didn'tknow this could be changed from a bluetooth keyboard. If someone
can, please tell me the keystroke on the bluetooth board. The only way
I've been able to make it visible on the phone is to turn bluetooth off
and then back on. Or, I can walk into another room. (grin)

Subject: Making the Phone Keyboard Visible When Not Using a Bluetooth

Hi, Everyone,

There are times when I use a Bluetooth keyboard for typing emails,
messages or notes and such, and there are times when I like to use the
phone's on-screen keyboard. I know how to make the on-screen keyboard
visible from the Bluetooth keyboard, but when I'm not using this keyboard
or when it isn't handy, and only want to use the on-screen one, it's
hidden and I don't know how to make it visible using the phone itself.
Thoughts, anyone? Thanks so much.
