You can't really compare iTunes Match with Apple Music using price. Yes, iTunes match is cheaper, but Apple Music gives you access to Apple's entire offering of 36 Million or whatever it is now songs. I only have a bit more than 4,000 of my own songs which I ripped and I have these on a network attached hard drive in FLAC format and also converted all of them to AAC (M4A) for use with iTunes and those are not only on various hard drives but also uploaded to my OneDrive cloud storage. While I still have a box of all my 250 or so CD's I guess I should at some point start uploading the FLAC files to OneDrive as well just in case, it's about 100 Gb and I have 1 Tb of OneDrive with my Office 365 account so there is plenty of space.
