In one day I had to go to the phone store twice, picking up a new
phone each time.
This started when I tried to restore my 5s as a new phone from my backup.
the phone simpply became unresponsive and unrecognized by itunes.
I went to the store and replaced the 5s with a 6. I returned home to
restore the 6 as a new phone from my backup and that phone became
unresponsive. Consequently, when I went to the store the last time I
did not connect the second iPhone 6 to iTunes.

So my question is, how does one restart an unresponsive iPhone. I
have successfully restored phones from a backup in the past and not
encountered this issue. If anyone has thoughts on this they would be
much appreciated.
All the best, Brian
