As I was looking at my Apple News this morning, an aspect of this tool which
I really cherish, There was an article about IOS 10 and problem bugs for
everyone. It is not as if they put elements into this operating system to
benefit the sighted and mess up our dependence on Voiceover. There are many
facets to all of this between a number of different models and how the
operating system works with each. It's not all the same, and it probably
isn't all the same from provider to provider of cellular services.

I anticipate that in time we will see many fixes before too long, and it
might be worth holding on before downloading and installing the latest and
greatest. In other words, if it's working, don't break it.

>From my point of view, I'll take what I can get and work with the companies
to make things better by offering input and suggestions. However, I do
remember the days as many of us do when things were lots worse for us in the
general scheme of things. This is all still evolving as a work in progress.

We just need to slow down and have faith that whatever product we like or
don't like, it will all be better in time. It's all just going way too fast
anyway these days, and perhaps, we need less in the way of new instruments
on which to run these operating systems and not make things become obsolete.
We might like to have a new cell smart phone every two years, but it is not
a necessity. The way I see it, we can go four years and still be in pretty
good shape.

Life is just too short and too valuable to be all tied up in knots over
these things.

I do have faith that we will get there eventually based upon the innovations
I have seen in my life time, of which I never would have dreamed of growing
up.

I didn't believe one day in 1973 after graduating from college and watching
the news with my step-father who turned to me and said, "One day, Dianne,
you will have a machine which reads to you. This guy, Kurzweil is on it. "
Having the tiniest bit of my partial vision left, I said that I couldn't
even imagine, and by 1992, my Step-Father's dream and wish for me came true.
I still can't believe my life since that time.

Please use patient perseverance in these matters, not anger. Anger and being
uptight about these matters simply leads to heart attacks and bad health.
None of us need that.

Now, enjoy the weekend. Soon, we will have a new year, most likely filled
with more developments.

Sending happy smiles to all,

Dianne and Hibiscus
