Beverly, I continually download updated apps to my Windows 7 computer using iTunes whenever I install an upgrade. Therefore, I have a history of various app versions on my computer that I can pick from to reinstall if a later upgrade breaks accessibility or has some other bug. I simply uninstall the problem app from my iPhone and then paste the backup on my computer into the Automatically Add to iTunes folder and the older app is reinstalled.
