As Sieghard said, when itunes is open press alt F to open the file menu, cursor down to add folder to library or add file to library then pres enter. a dialog box appears where the user needs to browse to the file or folder and select it. for most people, albums are in folders and individual audio tracks are single files. Have the folks having problems tried these basic steps?
Once added to the library, the audio files will synchronize to the iPhone when it is connected to the computer and iTunes is open. What in the hell is there not to understand?
