Well, it depends on what version of office suite if any you are using.  iCloud 
will work with outlook, but it has to be 2010 or later, then you have to 
install an iCloud extension that will allow your iCloud email and address book 
to come into outlook.  I hold a apple conference each Wednesday and you can 
join and ask your questions there, or you can join my apple group, and get one 
on one help if you need.  I will put the info for both below.
