I know several emergency medical technicians in a couple of different states. 
Note that I live in the United States. They have all told me that if you put a 
contact under capital I CE in your contacts list, this will be one of the first 
places that emergency personnel look. I CE stands for in case of emergency. I 
decided to do both the Health app and the I CE contact.
