Just for grins, try asking your contacts to send you a text? Other than that; I give up. You are definitely in a conundrum of sorts.

I Phone texts go through as they should, but any text message I send going to anyone with any other type of cell phone does not. I have friends in my contacts with all their information, mobile and landline numbers and email addresses. I was told I would fix this problem if I turned sms on. I checked that out today and my sms was turned off. I turned it on and tried to send a message and still cannot do it. Do you have any other suggestions of what I can to to fix this problem? I was so hoping this would work, but it didn't. Although I didn't think it would, I turned off the phone and turned it back on. I still can't send messages to others. Any ideas would be appreciated.
