karen,

with my sad face, I have acknowledged as I have been told that there are many issues with humanware braille displays as humanware has not solved with apple at all.

somehow, according to voiceover, there are two different options of braille yo like as yo stay with standard grade two or newly unified english braille. yo can choose. I keep with standard grade two and also I have both braille input and brialle output. don't forget eight-dot and six-dot option. I am using varioultra 20 and refreshabrialel 18. both are dong very well. hope thisgive yo some idea. wink!

sincerely,
rich

Hi Mary, I believe that between Humanware is still having issues with it. I do not have any issues with the braille input. I do not use Humanware. I use the Focus 40 Blue works fine with it as no issues. Hope this help you. Cheers, Scott Dollar

I know that in the past, there have been fairly serious issues regarding the writing of braille on an iPhone when you use a braille display. I haven't really kept up with this, but now, I am interested to know if braille input is more reliable, or if displays, such as the humanware, still lock up, or if there are issues with grade two and words coming out strangely. Did they fix that?
