I don’t know if T-mobile will pay off your phone. However, I wouldn’t be
surprised if they did. The best way to find out what T-mobile will or will
not do is to call them. As far as T-mobile’s coverage. I, after some big
time hesitation, and asking questions of other people who were actually
using T-mobile, I made the switch from AT&t last February. I have had no
real significant issues with the services. I have traveled to many places
since making the switch. I am happy to say that so far, so good. I live in
Philadelphia, PA. If you have some locations in mind where you may frequent,
ask the T-mobile rep if they have coverage. Also, remember, T-mobile does
have WiFi calling. Take care.

I just purchased a 7+ phone in June. I have a friend who has TMobile,
and she told me that if I switched they'd pay the rest of my bill off.
I went online and saw with one line and what my current bill is with
A T&T, with TMobile I'd pay $70 a month. But I am hearing pros and
cons on TMobile. My friend is sighted and so doesn't need the
accessibility that I do. But another person told me they are frauds
and don't do what they claim.
I truly think AT&T is greedy and really want to get away from them but
I got the phone on a sale and guess I sort of got caught up in it,
being told other carriers didn't have as good a signal strength,
especially if you travel elsewhere. I don't do much travelling, but
when I go to see my family or maybe friends out of state I want to
have to be able to use my phone without any problems. And of course
the person who told me this about other carriers not being as good
with signal, was an A T&T rep.
So I need to hear from TMobile users. Do they indeed help pay off
your current phone, and do you get good service wherever you go?
I hope all this is making sense.
Thanks,
Patti
