Hi, My tones are still on the hard drive in the path: "C:\Users\Richard\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Tones" I’m using Jaws 18.
Plug your device into the PC. Launch iTunes. Tab to devices and make sure your device is selected. Tab until you get to summary. Then, mine says “2 of 19.” Tones are about the last item when I arrow down. Jaws usually loses focus at least once while arrowing down and I have to alt_tab back. Once you get to tones, tab about 3 times and you should be in the list of your tones.
