Hi Shirley, For me, I have found you have to have your roder setting in actions. Then you can flick up or down and delete messages that way. With the way they have e-mail set up now, I have accidentally deleted something I don’t want to. So, I just press the back button, go to trash find the message and move it back to the in box. I did see an e-mail I don’t remember if it was from this list or another list I’m on from Jonathan Mosin saying in a later update, mail would return to the way it was sat up in IOS 10.
Now, with the messaging app. You again have to have your router set to actions flick up to delete the message. It won’t delete though until the app is closed. HTH.
